I have gone through my life with a lot of guidance and advice from peers and those who have gone before me. I wish I could tell you the best advice I ever have received from someone, but at the time, some of the advice I received was so priceless, and so spot on to what I needed, that it has all been great advice.
One thing my dad told me ever since I was really young was to find what you love, and to do what you love. Do not let the world tell you to do something that chases a dream, or money, or fame, or whatever else may come your way. Do what you love.
I love telling people about Jesus. I cannot help it. I have this personal relationship with God that is so non-transcended in any other area of my life. It is because of this personal, deep down relationship with God that I have to share with others about Him. It just does not make sense to not talk about Him. Jesus to me is kind of like a great movie. When you see the whole thing, and understand the twists and turns that the movie takes to get to the eventual happy ending, you promote that movie like crazy.
I have seen Jesus do crazy things, not only with me, but with the people around me. I cannot help but wonder if Jesus smiles as he does them.
Nothing too profound tonight except that if you are looking for advice. My advice, which is reiterated from one wiser than me; find what you love, and do what you love.
